INGREDIENTS - EGG CUURY

  • Boiled eggs – 4
  • Onions – 2 finely chopped
  • Tomatoes – 2 finely chopped
  • Garlic pods – 6 finely chopped
  • Curry leaves
  • Chilli powder (sambar podi) – 1 tsp
  • Turmeric powder – 1/4 tsp
  • Salt – to taste
  • Coriander leaves – to garnish
  • Oil – 3 tbsp

HOW TO PREPARE - EGG CURRY?

  • boil the eggs and peel the shell, make them into slits on all four sides of the egg.
  • In a heated pan add 3 to 4 tablespoons of oil and add the chopped garlic and curry leaves saute it nicely until the aroma of garlic comes out. To this prepared one add chopped onions sauté until it’s transparent. Then add chopped tomatoes sauce until it turns mushy
  • Now add the salt as required, turmeric powder, sambar powder keep sautéing and sprinkle a little amount of water if the masala becomes too dry keep cooking until the raw smell of masala powder fades away and the oil separates
  • Then add the boiled eggs to the prepared masala. Stir them without breaking the eggs switch off the flame and garnish with coriander leaves.
